Common use of Term of Employment; Termination Clause in Contracts

Term of Employment; Termination. (a) The "Term of Employment" shall commence on the date hereof and shall continue for a term ending July 1, 1999 (the "Initial Term"), subject to automatic annual renewal for one-year terms thereafter (the "Additional Term"), unless either the Company or Executive notifies the other party of its intent not to renew within ninety (90) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or the Additional Term as the case may be. Should Executive's employment by the Company be earlier terminated pursuant to Section 3(b), the Term of Employment shall end on the date of such earlier termination.
