Common use of Term of Employment; Termination Clause in Contracts

Term of Employment; Termination. (a) The "Term of Employment" shall commence on the date hereof and shall continue until September 1, 1999. Should the Executive's employment by the Company be earlier terminated pursuant to Section 3(b), the Term of Employment shall end on the date of such earlier termination.
