Term of Coverage. Except as otherwise specified in the contract, the insurance will commence on or prior to the effective date of the contract and will be maintained in force throughout the duration of the contract. Completed operations coverage may be required to be maintained on specific commercial general liability policies effective on the date of substantial completion or the termination of the contract, whichever is earlier. Term of Coverage. Employees leaving the employ of the district at the end of a school year will be covered by the insurance in this article and the district will continue its contribution toward the premiums until September 1 of the year the employee leaves.
Term of Coverage i. All such insurance coverage shall remain in effect until Contractor’s work has been completed.
