Common use of Term of Confidentiality Clause in Contracts

Term of Confidentiality. Except as otherwise provided in this Section 12.1, a Party receiving Confidential Information (the “Receiving Party”) shall keep all Confidential Information disclosed to it by the disclosing Party (the “Disclosing Party”) confidential for the Collaboration Term and […***…] thereafter.
