Common use of TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in force and effect for a four (4) year period from December 16, 2015 to December 31, 2019, and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than sixty (60) days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement.

TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreementspecifically provided otherwise, the term of this Collective Agreement shall be in force effective from January 1, 2020 up to and effect for a four (4) year period from December 16, 2015 to including December 31, 2019, 2022 and from year to year thereafter unless notice, notice in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than sixty (60) calendar days nor more than one hundred and twenty eighty (120180) calendar days prior to the expiration date of its desire to change or amend this Collective Agreement.
