Term of Agreement; Resignation and Removal of Administrator. (a) This Administration Agreement shall continue in force until the payment in full of all Series of Nuclear Asset-Recovery Bonds and any other amount that may become due and payable under the Indenture, upon which event this Administration Agreement shall automatically terminate. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Administrator’s obligation under Section 11(c) to indemnify Customers shall survive termination of this Administration Agreement.
