Term Loan Maturity Date. The definition of “Term Loan Maturity Date” set forth in Section 1.1 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
Term Loan Maturity Date. October 20, 2011
Term Loan Maturity Date. August ___, 2015, or such earlier date on which the Term Loan shall become due and payable pursuant to the terms hereof.

Term Loan Maturity Date. The entire Term Loan principal balance and all accrued but unpaid interest and fees on or relating to the Term Loan shall be due and payable in cash on the Term Loan Maturity Date.
Term Loan Maturity Date. In addition to the foregoing, a final payment of the Term Loan, together with accrued interest and fees with respect thereto, shall be due and payable on the Term Loan Maturity Date.
Term Loan Maturity Date. To the extent applicable, a date to be determined, which date will occur no earlier than the Revolving Credit Maturity Date.
Term Loan Maturity Date. Regardless of the terms contained in this Amendment to Note, the Loan shall mature on November 15, 2015, subject to adjustment in accordance with the Following Business Day Convention (the "Maturity Date"), whereupon all Obligations under the Term Loan shall be immediately due and payable in full.
Term Loan Maturity Date. All sums then outstanding under the Term Loan or otherwise due and owing under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents shall be repaid in full on the Term Loan Maturity Date.
Term Loan Maturity Date. The term "Term Loan Maturity Date" shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 3.01(a) of this Agreement.
