Term for Services. The term for the provision of services by the Consultant to the Company will commence on August 15, 2005 and will continue for twelve months (the “Term”) subject to earlier termination by either the Consultant or the Company in accordance with the terms hereof. The Term may be extended thereafter upon the mutual agreement of the parties by written request given by either party providing such extension request is accepted by the other party at least 30 days before the one-year anniversary of this Agreement.
Term for Services. The term for the provision of services by the Consultant to the Company will be for two (2) years from the date hereof (the "TERM"). The Company will give notice of its intention to renew this Agreement to the Consultant not less than three (3) months prior to the expiration of the Term. If notice of renewal is given by the Company to the Consultant as provided herein, this Agreement will be extended for a further term of two (2) years upon the term and conditions herein contained, including these terms of renewal.
Term for Services. The term for the provision of services by the Consultant to the Company will be for two (2) years from the date hereof (the "Term"). The Term will be extended annually upon the mutual agreement of the parties, and the parties will negotiate in good faith towards arriving at mutually acceptable amendments to the terms of employment for any such extension.

The provision of Group A Services shall commence on the date hereof (the "Closing Date" and, with respect to each Group A Service, shall terminate on the date which is thirty (30) days following the Closing Date (the "Initial Term"); provided that ISS may, at its option, extend the Initial Term for one additional period of thirty (30) days by providing five (5) days advance written notice to HMT (the "Renewal Term") .
Term for Services. (a) The Service Contractor must commence performing the Services on the Commencement Date and continue to perform the Services until the earlier of the expiry of the Term or the date upon which this Contract is terminated.

Term for Services. Digital Neighbour will provide each Service for the term set out in the Key Terms (Service Term). You may cancel a Service prior to the end of the applicable Service Term on the provision to Digital Neighbour of not less than 2 billing cycles prior written notice (Cancellation Period). If you do not notify us within the Cancellation Period, the Service Term will be extended for a further equivalent period of time.
Term for Services. The term for the provision of services by the Manager to the Company will commence as of May 1, 2019 and will continue for one year (the “Term”). This Agreement will continue in full force and effect during the Term unless earlier terminated in accordance with Section 5.
