Common use of Term Employee Clause in Contracts

Term Employee. The words "term employee" shall mean a person who is employed for a specific project, with a maximum duration of six (6) months or such other duration that may be agreeable to the Union.

Term Employee. Term employees will be subject to the conditions set out in Article 13, Term Employees/Positions.
