Term/Effective Date. This Agreement is effective upon the Effective Date and will expire on the 30th day of June, 2023, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this Agreement.
Term/Effective Date. (a). This Development Agreement shall be effective upon approval by the City Council of the City of Palm Coast, Florida and execution of this Development Agreement by all parties.
Term/Effective Date. This Agreement shall become effective and shall be in full force and effect upon the execution of the Agreement by the City and the Consultant. This Agreement shall continue in full force and effect for twelve (12) months, unless the Agreement is sooner terminated in accordance with this Agreement; provided, however, that the City and the Consultant may mutually agree in writing to extend the Term of this Agreement.

Term/Effective Date. This Participation Agreement shall become effective upon approval and execution by the CAMPO Executive Board, the GoTriangle Board of Trustees and at least two Eligible Participant Parties (“Effective Date”). The Term of this Participation Agreement shall be from the Effective Date until June 30, 2042, unless otherwise amended by the prior express written agreement of the Parties.
Term/Effective Date. The term for these Services shall commence on JANUARY 3, 2023 and shall expire on JUNE 30, 2023, unless terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The District, in its sole discretion, shall have two (2) options to extend the term of this Agreement for a period or periods of up to one (1) year each. The District will use its best efforts to notify the Contractor by May 1, 2023, about whether to renew this Agreement. If the District does not notify the Contractor by May 1, 2023, then the Contract is not renewed. The maximum term of this Agreement shall not exceed three (3) years. This Agreement shall become effective only upon approval and/or ratification by the District’s Board of Education in an open, noticed meeting, proper execution by the Parties and certification by the Chief Financial Officer as to the availability of funds. The District has no obligation to renew or extend this Agreement after expiration of its term.
