Term Duration. This Agreement is effective from the Effective Date and will remain in effect for the life of the last-to-expire patent under Patent Rights, or in the event no patent contained in Patent Rights issues or such patents or patent applications are abandoned, then one year after the last patent or patent application is abandoned, unless otherwise terminated by operation of law or by acts of the parties in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
Term Duration. The term of the Agreement shall continue for the life of the last to expire of the Patent Rights for the Joint Invention and the last to expire of the License Agreements, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions below.

This Agreement shall be effective for a period of months, expiring on June 30, Although the parties anticipate that the Resident’s appointment pursuant to this Agreement will continue for the -month term, this Agreement may be terminated by TBHC at any point in time for the grounds specified herein. The Resident may not terminate this Agreement without the prior written consent of TBHC’s Institutional Director of Graduate Medical Education and the Program Director.
