Common use of Term and Termination Clause in Contracts

Term and Termination. 22.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until September 30, 2002 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter, this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and until cancelled or terminated as provided in this Agreement.

Term and Termination. 22.1 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of the Effective Date and, unless cancelled or terminated earlier in accordance with the terms hereof, shall continue in effect until September 30August 6, 2002 2014 (the “Initial Term”). Thereafter1996, provided that this Agreement shall continue in force and effect unless and not terminate until cancelled the completion of all Work Orders executed by the parties or terminated as provided in if the parties mutually agree to extend the term of this Agreement.
