TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. A.The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and, provided that the CP has successfully re-certified as defined in the P3N Policies, shall automatically renew annually. This Agreement shall not be a legally binding contract until after the fully-executed Agreement has been sent to the CP.
TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. 2. All obligations under this Agreement, unless otherwise specified, shall commence within thirty (30) days from the date that this Agreement is so-ordered by the Court and shall continue for a period of four (4) years from that date.
TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement will take effect upon execution by the last party required to sign it. It will end at midnight, Eastern Time, on June 30, 2022, unless terminated earlier according to the provisions of this Agreement. This Agreement, together with any documents incorporated by reference, contain all the terms and conditions agreed upon by the parties and supersedes all previous communications, representations, or agreements, either verbal or written, between the parties. No amendment or renewal of this Agreement shall be valid unless the same is in writing and executed by the parties.
TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. This Agreement shall apply to all Programs involving Participant for the entire calendar year of the execution date set forth below. This Agreement shall be construed broadly to provide a release and wavier to maximum extent permissible under applicable law.
TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. Section 3.1 This AGREEMENT shall be in full force and effect from the date of full payment of any License Issue Fee required by Section 5 of this AGREEMENT, payment for patent costs required by Section 10 (and covered by invoices delivered by LICENSOR to LICENSEE prior to the execution of this AGREEMENT), and any and all other fees and payments due hereunder upon the date of execution of this AGREEMENT (hereinafter “EFFECTIVE DATE”). This AGREEMENT shall be in full force and effect from the EFFECTIVE DATE until the end of the term of the last-to-expire of LICENSOR’S PATENT RIGHTS licensed under this AGREEMENT unless otherwise terminated by operation of law or by acts of the parties pursuant to the terms of this AGREEMENT.
TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement will commence on the commencement date specified in Schedule 1 and will continue until it is terminated in accordance with clause 14.
TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. IT and the WU user community agree to work together with mutual respect and courtesy. IT clients should contact the Help Desk with requests for software, hardware, network and telecommunications services. Help Desk requests for assistance will be handled according to assigned priority and staff availability. IT acknowledges that research-related services are often urgent, due to grant application timelines and experimental schedules. (See “Support Levels” on page 2). The Research Support Specialist (as designated by IT) has as his/her primary responsibility the resolution of such research-related issues.
TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. 2.1 This Agreement shall be effective for a period of ten (10) years from the Effective Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with Section 14 (the “Initial Term”). Unless otherwise terminated prior to expiration as provided herein, the Initial Term and any renewal term shall automatically renew unless one Party notifies the other of its intent not to renew at least three (3) years prior to the expiration of the then-current term subject, however, to the provisions of this Agreement relating to amendment, modification and termination thereof.
TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and, provided that the CP has successfully re-certified as defined in the P3N Policies, shall automatically renew annually. This Agreement shall not be a legally binding contract until after the fully-executed Agreement has been sent to the CP. PA eHealth may execute this Agreement or any follow-up Agreement documents in ink or electronically. PA eHealth and the CP shall not start performance until each of the following has occurred: (1) the Effective Date has arrived; (2) the CP has received a copy of the fully executed Agreement; and (3) the CP has been fully certified. No DHS employee has the authority to verbally direct the commencement of any work or delivery of any supply under this Agreement prior to the Effective Date. The CP agrees to pay for and use the requested Services as such Services are defined in this Agreement.
TERM AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT. 1.1 This Agreement shall be effective December 25, 2017 and shall remain in full force and effect through December 20, 2020 unless extended by mutual agreement of the parties. Either party desiring to reopen negotiations for a new Agreement may do so by notifying the other party of its intent not less than sixty (60) days prior to expiration of this Agreement. Negotiations for a successor agreement shall commence as soon thereafter as the parties may agree.
