Term and Premises. In consideration of the covenants and agreements herein contained and in consideration of the payment by Xxxxx Xxxxxx the sum of $100 on execution of this Agreement, the District leases to Xxxxx Xxxxxx that certain real and personal property herein described for a one (1) year term commencing on July 1st, 2020 and ending on July 1st, 2021.
Term and Premises. For the term and upon the provisions set forth in that certain written lease of even date herewith from Landlord to Tenant (“Lease”), all of which provisions are specifically made a part hereof as fully and completely as if set out in full herein, Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord that certain real property consisting of land and improvements (“Premises”) located in the City of West Columbia, Lexington County, State of South Carolina, described on Exhibit “A”, which exhibit is attached hereto and made a part hereof, together with all rights of ingress and egress and all other rights appurtenant to said Premises, including, without limitation, the right to use the building(s) constructed or to be constructed on the Premises for the purposes contemplated in the Lease, all of which rights are more particularly described in the Lease.
Term and Premises. LESSOR leases to LESSEE and LESSEE leases from LESSOR a building to be constructed, to contain approximately 54,239 square feet, which building will be situated upon and constitut- ing a part of, the shopping center which is or will be located upon the real property situated in the County of Butte, Califor- shopping center nia, which/is more particularly described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, for an initial term of twenty (20) years, commencing on the earlier of the first day the premises are opened for business or forty-five (45) days following notice of completion of construction of the premises, as is more fully set forth in paragraph 4 of the lease. The lease term is subject to extension by LESSEE in accordance with the terms of the lease Exhibit E between the parties, which lease is entitled "BUILD AND LEASE AGREEMENT" and is dated ________________. Each and all of the provisions of the said lease are incorporated into this memo- random of lease by this reference.

(a) Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, Lessor hereby leases and lets to Lessee, and Lessee leases and accepts from Lessor, for an original term of Thirty Six (36) Months commencing on September 01, 1999, and expiring on August 31, 2000 (the "Original Term") which shall initially consist of approximately Seventy-Five Hundred (7,500)/rsf (and shall thereafter on January 1, 2000 automatically increase in size to a total of Ten Thousand (l0,OOO)/rsf for the remaining Term) in the office building situated at 0000 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxx Alpharetta, Georgia 30005 (such building hereinafter referred to as the "Building," and such space being assigned Suite No. 100 and hereinafter referred to as the "Premises"). The entire Premises is marked in blue on the plat attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit "A, " with the initial 7,500/rsf being called the "Initial Premises" and the additional 2,500/rsf (outlined in yellow) being called the "Expansion Space."

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth ----------------- herein, Lessor hereby leases and lets to Lessee, and Lessee leases and accepts from Lessor, for a term of ten (10) years, commencing on March 1, 1998, and expiring on February 28, 2008 (the "Term"), that certain real property with a municipal address of 000 Xxxxx Xxxx at X-00 Xxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxxx 00000, and more particularly described in Exhibit A hereto (the "Premises").

For the term of 20 years and upon the provisions set forth in that certain written Ground Lease of even date herewith from Landlord to Tenant (the "Lease"), all of which provisions are specifically made a part hereof as fully and completely as if set out in full herein, Landlord leases to Tenant and Tenant leases from Landlord that certain real property consisting of approximately 0.1653 acres of land (the "Land") located on Wild Turkey Way, in the Hardyston Township, County of Sussex, New Jersey, consisting of a portion of Landlord's property commonly known as Wild Turkey Way and designated as tax block 16.31, Lot 1 and being more particularly depicted and/or described on Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof, together with all rights, privileges, easements and appurtenances pertaining thereto all of which are more particularly described in the Lease. The Land and all improvements now or hereafter located thereon, including, without limitation, the building(s) to be located thereon, together with the appurtenances pertaining thereto, are herein collectively referred to as the "Premises."
Term and Premises. 1.1 The term (“Term”) of this Agreement shall commence on August 1st, 2018 ("Commencement Date") and end June 30th, 2021. This Agreement may be terminated earlier pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

CITY leases to HOLA, and HOLA leases from CITY, the real property located in the City of Los Angeles, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as: See Exhibit A attached here. commonly known as the Lafayette Park Area, for a term of Fifty (50) Years, commencing on or about the date of this Memorandum or the transfer of title for Lafayette Park from the State of California to the City of Los Angeles, whichever is later, on the provisions of the lease between the parties, which lease (“Lease”) is dated on the same date as this Memorandum. These provisions are incorporated into this Memorandum by reference.
Term and Premises. Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to that certain Sublease Agreement dated as of even date herewith (the “Sublease”), HOLA subleases to HEART OF LA, and HEART OF LA subleases from HOLA, certain land located within the northwest corner of Lafayette Park and located on the corner of West Sixth Street and Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxxx 00000, as more particularly described in Exhibit 1 attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference (the “Premises”).
