Term and Extension. The Parties agree that this Contract term commences upon execution of the Contract by OGS as evidenced by the date accompanying the OGS signature line through September 8, 2018. A Contractor is eligible to participate in the Mini-bid process upon the OGS Commissioner’s mailing or electronic communication to the address in the contract of the fully executed Contract. All OGS Centralized Contracts resulting from this Solicitation shall have a co-terminus end date, including those Contracts awarded during any subsequent Periodic Recruitment. This OGS Centralized Contract shall be in effect for an initial term as set forth above with two (2) optional three (3) year extensions. Whether the optional extensions are exercised is at the sole discretion of the State. A Contractor shall retain the right to decline a contract extension processed under this section.
Term and Extension. The term of this Agreement shall commence on August 15 of the year first set forth above and shall remain in full force and effect until June 15 of the following year (the "Term") and shall continue for successive one year Terms as agreed by the parties unless sooner terminated as provided herein.
Term and Extension. The Term of this Ground Lease shall commence on the Effective Date and shall co- terminate on the same date as the Facility Lease, unless such Term is extended by the parties thereto, or unless sooner terminated as provided herein, except no termination of this Ground Lease shall occur until all the Bonds and all other indebtedness incurred by the Board for the Project, if any, have been fully repaid.

Term and Extension. 7.1 This exclusive License shall continue until the expiration of the last to expire of any patents under PATENT RIGHTS.
Term and Extension. The initial term of this Lease shall be for a period of ten (10) years, commencing September 1, 1986 and terminating August 31, 1996, both dates inclusive. Tenant shall have the option to extend this Lease for two (2) additional periods of ten (10) years each, provided Tenant is not then in default of any of its obligations hereunder. However, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, Tenant's right to exercise its option to extend the term shall in no event lapse until thirty (30) days after Tenant receives written notice from Landlord that the period for exercise of the option to extend will lapse after said thirty (30) days. Tenant shall exercise its options to extend this Lease by giving written notice of the exercise of each such option prior to a date six (6) months, before the 2 2 end of the initial term of this Lease or the first extension term, as the case may be, provided Tenant is not then in default of any of its obligations hereunder. The extended term shall be upon the same terms, covenants, and conditions, as provided in this Lease for the initial term, except rent which shall be as provided in the Rent section, below. Any rightful termination of this Lease during the initial term or during any extension thereof shall terminate any and all further rights of renewal or extension hereunder.
Term and Extension. 3.1 Unless extended as provided in Section 3.2, the Option shall terminate at midnight on the day that is 24 months from the date of this Agreement (the “Option Period”).
Term and Extension. 1. The present Exchange Agreement will have validity for 05 (five) years starting from the date of its last signature. Validity may be extended before the expiration date, by means of written communication confirming the interest of both parties in maintaining the exchange activities.

The term of this Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date, and shall continue until the earlier of (a) ten (10) years (the “Term”) or (b) such time as the Agreement is terminated by either Party pursuant to the termination procedures set forth below in Section 7 of this Agreement. Not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the Term (unless earlier terminated pursuant to Section 7), either Party may provide written notice seeking to re-negotiate any provision of this Agreement or provide written notice to the other Party of non-renewal of the Agreement. If the Parties are re-negotiating the Agreement in good faith but cannot come to agreement prior to expiration of the Term, the Agreement shall expire on its own terms unless the Parties agree in writing to extend the Agreement as currently executed for an additional maximum period of one hundred eighty (180) days (the “Status Quo Extended Term”). If negotiations are not concluded and the Parties do not come to terms on a new agreement by the expiration of the Status Quo Extended Term, the Agreement shall expire and be terminated by its own terms. If the Parties come to terms on a new agreement prior to expiration of the Status Quo Extended Term, but the City is unable to obtain City Council approval prior to such expiration, the Status Quo Extended Term shall be extended to the date of City Council action on the new agreement, after which date, if City Council has approved the new agreement, it shall become effective. If neither Party provides written notice seeking to re- negotiate the Agreement or seeking non-renewal prior to the expiration of the Term pursuant to the terms of this Section 1.9, the Term of the Agreement shall automatically be extended for one additional period of five (5) years, and all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain intact.
