Common use of Term and Expiration Clause in Contracts

Term and Expiration. The term of this Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Article X, shall continue in full force and effect, on a country-by-country and Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis until the Royalty Term in such country with respect to such Licensed Product expires, at which time this Agreement shall expire in its entirety with respect to such Licensed Product in such country (the “Term”).

The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Article XARTICLE 10, shall continue in full force and effect, on a country-by-country and Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis until the date on which the Royalty Term in such country with respect to such Licensed Product expires, at which time this Agreement shall expire in its entirety with respect to such Licensed Product in such country (and the “Term”)terms of Section 10.4(b)(i) shall apply.

The term of this Agreement (the “Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Article XARTICLE 10, shall continue in full force and effect, on a country-by-country and Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis until the date on which the Royalty Term in such country with respect to such Licensed Product expires, at which time this Agreement shall expire in its entirety with respect to such Licensed Product in such country (and the “Term”)terms of Section 10.7 shall apply.

The term of this Agreement shall (the “Term”) will commence on the Effective Date and, unless earlier terminated as provided in this Article X9, shall will continue in full force and effect, on a country-by-country and Licensed Product-by-Licensed Product basis basis, until the Royalty Term in such country with respect to such Licensed Product expires, at which time this Agreement shall will expire in its entirety with respect to such Licensed Product in such country (and the “Term”)terms of Section 9.6(c)(i) will apply.
