Tenure Review Coordinator. A Tenure Review Coordinator is a tenured faculty member assigned to perform professional tenure review duties and serve as a liaison between the Association and the District. The Tenure Review Coordinator will be selected once every three (3) years through a competitive in-house application process. The duties and compensation are those described in the job description and reassigned time for this position is listed in Appendix C of this contract.

Tenure Review Coordinator. A position of Tenure Review Coordinator shall be established at each college. The Tenure Review Coordinator shall be a regular faculty member. The Tenure Review Coordinator shall assume those duties and receive the compensation described in Subsection 5.4.1. The Tenure Review Coordinator shall report to the appropriate college president or designee and shall keep the President of United Faculty apprised of their activities.
Tenure Review Coordinator. The Tenure Review Coordinator has the responsibility for coordinating and conducting the tenure review process for probationary faculty. In all questions about the policy and procedures, the Tenure Review Coordinator will consult with the appropriate vice president, the academic senate president and the president of the exclusive bargaining agent. The Tenure Review Coordinator is responsible for supervision and coordination of the tenure review process for probationary faculty. This individual will: Coordinate, in conjunction with academic senate, selection of tenured faculty to participate on the tenure review committees. Oversee that tenure review committees are organized for probationary faculty according to this policy. Coordinate and conduct the mandatory orientations of the evaluation and tenure process for the tenure review committees. The orientation must include training on effective report writing including report format, documentation, and writing positive and negative criticism. Coordinate and conduct the mandatory initial orientation of the evaluation and tenure process for the probationary faculty. The orientation must explain the due process and grievance procedures. Be a resource person to tenure review committees to ensure that they function according to policy guidelines. See that all evaluation procedures for probationary faculty are completed within the timelines of this policy. Maintain a list of members of the due process pool and refer any unresolved due process complaints arising from the evaluation of probationary faculty to the due process chair. Coordinate all issues that affect the operation of the tenure review committees. Conduct annual survey to determine effectiveness of policy and to make recommendations for improvement.

  • Coordinator 6.4.1 The Coordinator shall be the intermediary between the Parties and the Funding Authority and shall perform all tasks assigned to it as described in the Grant Agreement and in this Consortium Agreement.

Within 14 days of the effective date of this Consent Agreement, DTSC and Respondent shall each designate a Project Coordinator and shall notify each other in writing of the Project Coordinator selected.   • Coordinators The contractor shall assign coordinators as needed to coordinate At-Sea Monitor deployment and provide At-Sea Monitor support services. The coordinator shall be designated as key personnel under this contract (per section H.8). All coordinators are required to maintain current At-Sea Monitor Certification. Ensure that all key personnel attend any refresher trainings for At-Sea Monitors. For a specific job description see Section J, Attachment 2, Labor Category Classifications and Job Descriptions.

  • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Project Team To accomplish Owner’s objectives, Owner intends to employ a team concept in connection with the construction of the Project. The basic roles and general responsibilities of team members are set forth in general terms below but are more fully set forth in the Design Professional Contract with respect to the Design Professional, in the Program Management Agreement with any Program Manager, and in this Contract with respect to the Contractor.

  • Team Leader In each of the categories described above, a Team Leader, besides knowing all of the specialization and orientation of their category, must have proved certifiable, technical expertise and aptitude, show leadership capabilities in management, coordination, training and work team skills. On the basis of the aforesaid attributes, a person can be promoted to a higher position within the same category and shall be known as Team Leader. The Team Leader will have the necessary knowledge and responsibility for the product, equipment, processes and their quality, Health and Safety Practices, verification of the availability of the necessary inputs and tools, and deviation and follow-up analysis. The Company will select Team Leaders in accordance with Article 14.2 (c). The Team Leader will have authority to direct workers both inside and outside of the bargaining unit.

  • Team Leaders 4.3.1 Team Leaders will be paid on the teachers’ scale according to their qualifications and length of service and in addition will be paid management units for responsibility.
