TENURE EXCLUSION. This contract does not confer tenure upon the Superintendent in the position of Superintendent or any other administrative position in the district.

TENURE EXCLUSION. It is expressly agreed that the Administrator shall not be deemed to be granted continuing tenure under the Michigan Teacher Tenure Act in the capacity of an Administrator of any other non-teaching capacity.
TENURE EXCLUSION. The above named person shall not acquire tenure as an administrator in the position of Superintendent, in any non-classroom position or in any other nonteaching position to which he may be assigned
TENURE EXCLUSION. It is expressly agreed that the Superintendent shall not be deemed to be granted continuing tenure in his capacity as Superintendent or in any administrative capacity by virtue of this contract of employment.
TENURE EXCLUSION. The Superintendent shall not be granted continuing tenure in the position initially assigned or to any other administrative position to which he may be assigned or transferred. Nor shall the decision of the Board not to continue or renew the employment of the Superintendent for any subsequent period in any capacity be deemed a breach of this Agreement, or a discharge or demotion within the provisions of the Michigan Teachers’ Tenure Act.
TENURE EXCLUSION. It is expressly agreed that the Superintendent shall not be deemed to be granted continuing tenure under the Teachers’ Tenure Act, Act 4 of the Public Acts of 1937 (Extra Session), as amended, or any other applicable statutes in the capacity of Superintendent, or any other administrative capacity by virtue of this Agreement, or any extension or renewal hereof.
TENURE EXCLUSION. The parties agree that commencing July 1, 1984, no administrator shall acquire tenure in a non-classroom position, or in any administrative position.
TENURE EXCLUSION. The employment of the Administrator in an administrative capacity shall not be governed by the Teacher Tenure Act of the State of Michigan in that the Administrator is hereby expressly denied continuing tenure in administrative capacity and shall not be granted nor acquire continuing tenure in the administrative position by virtue of employment with the Saline Area Schools. The individual employment contract shall also include such tenure exclusion.
TENURE EXCLUSION. Superintendent shall not by virtue of this Contract of Employment acquire teacher tenure within the meaning of the Michigan Teachers’ Tenure Act in the position of Superintendent or any other non-classroom position.
