TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS. On Friday, the pool will be open to all competitors by 9 a.m., with the first competition set to begin by 2 p.m., local time. Both men and women will compete in a combined event on opposite boards. In the event a region has more than 36 combined men and women divers, the events will be split. All events will be a finals-only 11-dive format (optionals first). If the meet is split, there will be a one hour and fifteen minute warm up between the contests with three flights of twenty minutes each, plus a fifteen minute open board warm up. Flighted warm ups shall commence after the conclusion of open warm ups. The host institution will randomly select schools for each flighted warm up for each event. At the conclusion of the contest, the pool will remain open for at least one hour and up to three hours for practice. On Saturday, the pool will open by 8:30 a.m. local time with the second set of events to begin at noon local time. EVENT ORDER: To be rotated yearly, to ensure one board is not favored in a given region over time.

  • Preliminary Schedule A preliminary schedule of construction indicating the starting and completion dates of the various stages of the Work, including any information and following any form as may be specified in the Specifications. Once approved by District, this shall become the Construction Schedule. This schedule shall include and identify all tasks that are on the Project’s critical path with a specific determination of the start and completion of each critical path task as well as all Contract milestones and each milestone’s completion date(s) as may be required by the District.

  • RDO Schedule a) The Schedule of RDO’s to be observed each year will generally be as provided under the VBIA.

  • Temporary Schedule Changes Overtime-eligible employees’ workweeks and/or work schedules may be temporarily changed with prior notice from the Employer. A temporary schedule change is defined as a change lasting thirty (30) calendar days or less. With the exception of the job classifications listed in Appendix B, overtime-eligible employees will receive three (3) calendar days’ written notice of any temporary schedule change. The day that notification is given is considered the first day of notice. Adjustments in the hours of work of daily work shifts during a workweek do not constitute a temporary schedule change.

  • Emergency Schedule Changes The Employer may adjust an overtime-eligible employee’s workweek and work schedule without prior notice in emergencies or unforeseen operational needs.

  • Implementation Schedule TIME IS OF THE ESSENCE with regard to all dates and time periods set forth and/or incorporated herein. Any material modification or deviation from an approved schedule described in this Agreement shall occur only upon approval of the City and RDA, with any such approvals required to be in writing as an amendment to this Agreement, and which approvals shall not be unreasonably withheld.   • PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.
