Tentative Map. The requirements of the tentative map shall not be overridden by the requirements of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the two, the City Engineer shall determine the most reasonable interpretation to assure satisfactory improvements for the benefit of the public.

Tentative Map. The tentative subdivision map that subdivides LANDOWNER’s Property into legal parcels pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act (commencing at Section 66410 of the Government Code) as approved by the City Council as part of the Project Entitlements, as more particularly described in Exhibit C.
Tentative Map. In accordance with Government Code Section 66454, on November 13, 2018, following Planning Commission review and recommendation, and after a duly-noticed public hearing, the City Council, by Resolution No. 2018-133, approved Tentative Map No. 17-087 for the Project Site (the “Tentative Map”).
Tentative Map. The Property has a County land use designation including General Rural, Medium Density Rural, Low Density Suburban, Medium Density Suburban, and Public/Semi Public Facilities with a total number of residential dwelling units allowed by the existing land use designations being 1,087. On May 5, 2006, the County issued its Action Order approving a tentative map application of the Landowner for the Property known as Tentative Subdivision Map Case File No. TM06-001 (Sierra Reflections) (the “Tentative Map”) attached hereto as Exhibit B, including the Amended Conditions of Approval approved by the Board of County Commissioners on April 28, 2020. The Tentative Map was a project of Regional Significance and received its final approval from the Truckee Xxxxxxx Regional Planning Commission on June 14, 2006. The development of the Property must be conducted pursuant to the provisions of the Tentative Map and the Washoe County Development Code (the “Code”).

The requirements include compliance with the entitlements, PUD Plan and Guidelines and CEQA Mitigation. The tentative map was subsequently modified by approval of the City Planning and Design Commission on January 31, 2013.
