TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. 15. The landlord agrees:
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. Tenant shall peaceful and quiet enjoyment of premises during the Lease term, provided that Tenant complies with the Lease.
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. Tenant, upon paying the Net Rent, Capital Costs, Common Area Rent, Additional Rent and other charges herein provided for, and upon timely observing and keeping all covenants, agreements and conditions of this Lease to be kept on its part, shall quietly have and enjoy the Property during the Term of this Lease without hindrance or molestation by anyone claiming by, through or under Landlord; subject, however, to the exceptions, reservations, Permitted Exceptions and conditions of this Lease.

TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Lease, Tenant's right to the quiet enjoyment, possession, and use of the premises shall not be interrupted or otherwise negatively affected during the term of the Lease. Tenant's subordination and attornment are expressly conditioned upon Landlord's warrant of Tenant's uninterrupted quiet enjoyment, possession and use of the Premises.
TENANT’S RIGHT TO QUIET ENJOYMENT. 22.1. The relationship created herein by this agreement is that of CITY and TENANT and not an agency or partnership. In accordance therewith, and subject to the conditions listed in Article 1, and subject to TENANT'S performance of all covenants herein made by TENANT, the CITY agrees that TENANT shall and may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the LEASED PREMISES.
