Common use of Tenant’s Compliance With Landlord’s Fire and Casualty Insurance Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Compliance With Landlord’s Fire and Casualty Insurance. Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, comply with all requirements of its insurance company, and all requirements of Landlord’s insurance company of which Tenant has received written notice from Landlord, pertaining to the use of the Premises. If Tenant’s conduct within or use of the Premises causes any increase in the premium for such insurance policies then Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any such increase as Additional Rent. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall comply with all rules, orders, regulations or requirements of the American Insurance Association (formerly the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and with any similar body.

If Tenant’s conduct within or use (other than Building standard general office use) of the Premises causes any increase in the premium for such insurance policies then Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any such increase as Additional Rentincrease. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall comply with all rules, orders, regulations or requirements of the American Insurance Association (formerly the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and with any similar body.

If Tenant’s conduct within or use of the Premises causes any increase in the premium for such any insurance policies covering the Property, then Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any such increase as Additional Rentincrease. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall comply with all rules, orders, regulations or requirements of the American Insurance Association (formerly the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and with any similar body.

Tenant shall, to the extent Tenant is made aware, and at Tenant’s expense, comply with all requirements of its insurance company, and all requirements of Landlord’s insurance company of which Tenant has received written notice from Landlord, requirements pertaining to the use of the PremisesPremises (which requirements shall not prohibit the Permitted Use). If Tenant’s conduct within or use of the Premises causes any increase in the premium for such insurance policies then Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for any such increase as Additional Rentincrease. Tenant, at Tenant’s expense, shall comply with all rules, orders, regulations or requirements of the American Insurance Association (formerly the National Board of Fire Underwriters) and with any similar body.
