Tenant to Give Notice. In case of any material damage to or destruction of the Leased Premises or any part thereof, Tenant will promptly (and in no event later than the tenth (10th) day after such occurrence) give written notice thereof to Landlord generally describing the nature, extent and cause of such damage or destruction.
