Tenant Rights Sample Clauses

Tenant Rights. Seller hereby transfers any tenant or other rental agreement rights it may have in said Property to Purchaser. Purchaser herby accepts such assignment and agrees that no changes shall be made to any such contract or lease with the current occupant of said Property without the express written consent of occupant except that Purchaser shall be permitted to enforce any eviction remedies available to Purchaser if necessary.

Tenant Rights. The terms and conditions of this Agreement are subject to the Landlord’s and the Tenant’s rights and obligations described in ORS chapter 90. To the extent that any term or condition of this Agreement conflicts with an applicable requirement of ORS chapter 90, the applicable requirements of ORS chapter 90 control and supersede this Agreement.
Tenant Rights. Liens consisting of the rights of tenants under leases or subleases and the rights of parties under licenses or sublicenses, in each case not interfering with the ordinary conduct of business of the Borrower or other tenant under a Tenant Lease taken as a whole;

Tenant Rights. Tenant shall have the right from time to time during the Term to enter into agreements with various parties (including but not limited to utility providers creating easements, licenses, rights of way or the like) as same may be appropriate for Tenant’s ownership, operation, alteration, demolition or construction of new buildings, structures and infrastructure comprising the Improvements. To the extent such agreements materially affect the Leased Premises, Tenant shall seek written consent of Landlord for same, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed.
Tenant Rights. If the whole or any part of the Premises are taken pursuant to any condemnation proceeding, then Landlord shall be entitled to the entirety of any condemnation award except that portion specifically allocable by the condemning authority, if any, to: (i) tenant improvements installed and paid for by Tenant or (ii) Tenant's furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
Tenant Rights. Except as expressly provided in the Lease or in any amendment or supplement to the Lease, Tenant: (i) does not have any right to renew or extend the term of the Lease; (ii) does not have any option or preferential right to purchase all or any part of the Leased Premises or all or any part of the building or premises of which the Leased Premises are a part; and (iii) does not have right, title, or interest with respect to the Leased Premises other than as tenant under the Lease. There are no understandings, contracts, agreements, subleases, assignments, or commitments of any kind whatsoever with respect to the Lease or the Leased Premises except as expressly provided in the Lease or in any amendment or supplement to the Lease set forth in Paragraph 2 above, copies of which are attached hereto.
