Tenant Notification. The AGENCY shall provide informational brochures to tenants and notify all tenants in writing of the type of work performed, materials installed, owner contributions, and the complaint process in the event of a violation of this Rental Work Agreement.
Tenant Notification. Tenant shall notify Landlord promptly of any Default by Tenant (or event or occurrence which, with the passage of time, the giving of notice, or both, would become a Default) that by its nature is not necessarily known to Landlord.

The investor representation documents attached hereto as EXHIBIT P (the "INVESTOR REPRESENTATION DOCUMENTS") duly executed acknowledged and delivered by the parties, as applicable.
Tenant Notification. Notification letters to be delivered to all tenants at the Real Property, executed by Transferor, providing notice that the interest of Transferor in Lease has been assigned to Heritage LP, and providing notice of the address for the future payment of rents and other charges and fees.
Tenant Notification. Owner agrees to allow Xxxxxx or Manager to notify residents 24 hours in advance through email of scheduled showing or other need for access.
Tenant Notification. Immediately following the Closing Date, Buyers will deliver to the Tenant Notice to each tenant and occupant of the Properties, which the applicable Partnership shall sign along with Buyers, notifying each such tenant or occupant of the new address for payment of rents.
