Common use of Tenant Leases Clause in Contracts

Tenant Leases. All leases, subleases, licenses, concessions and similar agreements granting to any other Person the right to use or occupy any portion of the Real Property, other than the Bookings, together with all security deposits held by or on behalf of Seller or Operating Tenant thereunder, to the extent the same and such security deposits are transferable or the Parties obtain any consent necessary to effectuate such a transfer (the “Tenant Leases”);

Tenant Leases. All leases, subleases, licenses, concessions and and/or similar agreements granting to any other Person the right to use or occupy any portion of the Real Property, other than the Bookings, together with all security deposits held by or on behalf of Seller or Operating Tenant thereunder, to the extent the same and such security deposits are transferable or the Parties obtain any consent necessary to effectuate such a transfer (each, a “Tenant Lease” and, collectively, the “Tenant Leases”). The Tenant Leases are more particularly described on Schedule 2.1.8 attached hereto;

Tenant Leases. All leases, subleases, licenses, concessions and similar agreements agreements, together with all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, granting to any other Person the right to use or occupy any portion of the Real Property, other than the Bookings, together with all security deposits held by or on behalf of Seller or Operating Tenant thereunder, to the extent the same and such security deposits are transferable or the Parties obtain any consent necessary to effectuate such a transfer (the “Tenant Leases”);

Tenant Leases. All leases, subleases, licenses, concessions and similar agreements granting to any other Person the right to use or occupy any portion of the Real Property, other than the Intercompany Management Agreement and Bookings, together with all security deposits held by or on behalf of Seller or Seller, Operating Tenant or TPP Subsidiary thereunder, to the extent the same and such security deposits are transferable or the Parties obtain any consent necessary to effectuate such a transfer (the “Tenant Leases”);

All leases, subleases, licenses, concessions and similar agreements agreements, together with all amendments thereof and supplements thereto, granting to any other Person person the right to use or occupy any portion of the Real Property, other than the BookingsReservations, together with all security deposits held by or on behalf of the Seller or Operating Tenant thereunder, to the extent the same and such security deposits are transferable or the Parties parties obtain any consent necessary to effectuate such a transfer (the “Tenant Leases”);

All leases, subleases, licenses, concessions agreements and similar agreements granting to any other Person the right to use or occupy any portion of the Real Property, other than Property (but excluding the Management Agreement) and Bookings, together with all security deposits held by or on behalf of Seller or Operating Tenant thereunder, to the extent the same and such security deposits are transferable or the Parties obtain any consent necessary to effectuate such a transfer (the “Tenant Leases”);

Tenant Leases. All leases, subleases, licenses, concessions and similar agreements granting to any other Person the right to use or occupy any portion of the Real Property, other than the BookingsManagement Agreement, together with all security deposits held by or on behalf of Seller or Operating Tenant thereunder, to the extent Parking Management Agreement and the same and such security deposits are transferable or the Parties obtain any consent necessary to effectuate such a transfer Bookings (the “Tenant Leases”), together with all security deposits credited under the Tenant Leases, to the extent such security deposits are assignable or transferable;
