Tenant Eligibility. Only Eligible Tenants (as defined below) may be tenants of apartments located at University Village and 0000 Xxxxx. “Eligible Tenants” are limited to MSU students that are within any of the following categories: (i) an undergraduate student currently enrolled at MSU in a degree-granting program, and registered for a minimum of 8 credit hours in each of the fall and spring semesters or (ii) a graduate student currently enrolled at MSU in a degree-granting program, and registered for a minimum of 4 credit hours during each of the fall and spring semesters; or (iii) a graduate student currently enrolled at MSU in a degree-granting program and actively engaged in research and writing a dissertation[, an internship, or residency]. Tenant shall maintain Eligible Tenant status throughout the duration of this Lease. Tenant shall notify the Housing Assignments Office as soon as practicable of any change in circumstances that may affect Tenant’s status as an Eligible Tenant.

Tenant Eligibility. The project in which the above mentioned apartment is located has been financed and subsidized by Rural Development, USDA, a Government Agency. Eligibility for tenants to reside in this project are based upon TENANT's income, age, and family composition. The OWNER will determine the TENANT's eligibility based upon RD regulations. Eligibility will be determined upon the execution of this lease agreement and at least annually thereafter. The TENANT has been determined: [ ] An ELIGIBLE TENANT for the unit. [ ] An ELIGIBLE TENANT not meeting occupancy standards. TENANT agrees to transfer to the first correctly-sized unit when it becomes available and pay all costs associated with the subsequent move. [ ] HE/SHE acknowledges that they are occupying a designated handicapped accessible unit. HE/SHE acknowledges that priority for such units is given to those needing special physical design features. HE/SHE acknowledges that they are permitted to occupy the unit until management issues a notice that a priority applicant is on the waiting list and that they must move to another suitably sized vacant unit in the project. Upon receiving this notice, the TENANT agrees to move at their own expenses within 30 calendar days to the suitably sized vacant unit within the project. HE/SHE further understands their rental rate will change, when appropriate, to the rental rate for the unit they move into. This lease will be modified accordingly. [ ] An INELIGIBLE TENANT due to (I.e. income or age). TENANT agrees that at the end of one year, this lease will convert to a monthly lease and can be terminated by written notice of 30 days when an eligible tenant is found.

Tenant Eligibility. The acquisition and/or rehabilitation of this rental property was financed in part by a federal grant from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) under the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) administered by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA). Pursuant to LANDLORD’s Working Agreement with THDA, the LANDLORD has agreed to limit occupancy to eligible low-income tenants as defined by HUD. Such income limitations are based on a percentage of area median income adjusted for household size and are adjusted annually by HUD. The TENANT hereby certifies that household size has been accurately represented above and that all household income has been disclosed to LANDLORD in the Rental Application, which is part of this lease, for purposes of determining tenant eligibility under HOME.
Tenant Eligibility. Tenant Eligibility will be determined through verification of income, qualifying disability and special need. The Property Management Company for Apartments will be responsible for verifying tenant eligibility relative to income. The Lead Agency will be responsible for verifying special needs. Prospective tenants and Service Partner will be asked to assist with the eligibility determination process including eligibility for applicable Medicaid-funded services, the completion of standard forms and releases to share and/or request information from Service Partner and other community groups. Tenant Selection While the Property Management Company, Lead Agency, and Service Partner will respect and seek input from each other, in the case of disagreement over Individual selection, the Property Management Company will make the final determination.
