Tenant Contact. The Reviewer agrees not to communicate with any tenant, guarantor of tenant, or any tenant’s accountant or attorney or any other person or party including the property manager, connected with, related to, or whose name is obtained from the Confidential Information with respect to the Property without the prior written consent of the Owner, which consent can be arbitrarily withheld.
Tenant Contact. Owner shall not contact, deal with, or negotiate with any prospective or current tenant in the Property concerning any matter related to the management or leasing of the Property, but refer all such dealing to Broker.
Tenant Contact. Owner agrees to have no contact with the tenant(s). Furthermore, Owner agrees and understands that if Owner has any contact with the tenant(s) in person, via mail, phone, email or otherwise, should a legal dispute result in litigation, the Owner may have to testify in person at any legal proceeding.
Tenant Contact. Tenant and Contractor agree not to communicate --------- -------------- with any other tenants in the Project known as TransDulles Center in connection with the Audit without the prior written consent of Landlord.

Tenant Contact. Owner agrees NOT to contact tenants, without prior notification to Agent. Owner shall not enter into verbal or written agreements pertaining to the rental of the Property during the term of this Agreement without the prior consent of Agent. Violation of this condition may result in Agent’s immediate termination of this Agreement, without prior notice to Owner, and subject the Owner to the Termination Expenses as stated in Paragraph VIII, B., below. In the event neighbors or friends contact the Owner with concerns regarding the Property, Owner shall immediately contact the Agent to investigate said concerns.
Tenant Contact. Recipient agrees to refrain from any contact with any and all tenants occupying space until the appropriate time is determined.

In the event of a corporate dissolution, partnership dissolution, or internal Tenant dispute, all mail, telephone messages, Tenant Property, etc., will be delivered to the Tenant contact only. ALL PARTIES HAVE READ THE ABOVE PAGES AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND PROVISIONS.

Tenant Contact. Buyer is not Seller's agent and shall not hold itself out as same or enter into any agreements which are binding on Seller or otherwise create any obligation on Seller's part without Seller's written consent, and Buyer shall indemnify, defend and hold Seller harmless from any claim by or through a tenant or a prospective tenant to the contrary. The provisions of this Section 8.5 will survive termination of this Contract.
