Common use of Temporary Transfers Clause in Contracts

Temporary Transfers. (a) An employee temporarily transferred to another classification grouping for the convenience of the Company, shall receive the rate of pay for the job class to which he/she is transferred or his/her previous rate whichever is the highest for all hours worked on the temporary transfer.
