Temporary Signage. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Section, Tenant shall have the sole and exclusive right to install, contract, sell, duplicate, exhibit, display, and otherwise control, and to receive and retain any and all revenues from, Temporary Signage on, in or at the Premises. Revenues from temporary signage (as defined by applicable ordinances) shall be Excluded Receipts for the purposes of Section 4.3.

Temporary Signage. LGSR shall be permitted to install temporary event signage on the Premises upon approval of an application to the Town of Los Gatos Planning Department pursuant to the provisions of Section29.10.120 (4) Event Signs of the Town Code. Each LGSR Activity Quarter (summer, fall spring, winter) shall be eligible for temporary event signage. All temporary event signage must include the LGSR logo of such size and placement that it is clear that the signage is for a program or activity sponsored by LGSR. The Town shall charge a single Temporary Signage fee for each year.

Temporary Signage. Tenant shall pay Arden Two Hundred Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($250,000.00) no later than June 30, 2000 for the right to have the "Temporary Sign," as that term is defined below, from April 1, 2000 until June 30, 2000, which payment shall be non-refundable and not credited against any rent due under the Lease. Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost, shall have the right to one sign displaying Tenant's name (the "TEMPORARY SIGN") to be placed on the Building in an area to be mutually agreed upon by Landlord and Tenant. Tenant's Temporary Sign shall be subject to Landlord's approval as to size, design, location, graphics, materials, colors and similar specifications and shall be consistent with the exterior design, materials and appearance of the Building and the Building's signage program and shall be further subject to all applicable local government laws, rules, regulations, codes and other approvals. Tenant's Temporary Sign shall be personal to the Tenant originally named in this First Amendment and may not be assigned to any assignee or sublessee, or to any other person or entity. The cost incurred in connection with the initial purchase and installation of the Temporary Sign and the cost to maintain the Temporary Sign shall be paid by Tenant. Upon the expiration of the term of Tenant's lease of the Temporary Sign, or earlier termination of the Lease, or in the event the conditions precedent to the grant of Tenant's Temporary Sign are no longer satisfied, Landlord shall have the right to remove the Temporary Sign and Tenant shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with the removal of the Temporary Sign, including, but not limited to, the cost to repair and restore the Building to its original condition.
Temporary Signage. (a) Each Club is responsible for ensuring that all temporary Signage (such as scrolling, A- frames, bolsters etc.) is positioned so that it does not present a potential safety risk to Players or Officials. In inclement conditions, a Club must ensure Signage is placed no less than 5m (FOP Exclusion zone) from the Field of Play so as not to pose an injury risk to a sliding Player.

Temporary Signage. B Sign Type Specifications Site Monument Signs: Subject to the terms and conditions of the Lease and as stipulated in this section, monument signs shall conform to Exhibit M and the following criteria: Submittal to Landlord: Tenant submittals shall include an elevation of the monument sign, drawn to a minimum scale of 1/4” = 1’-0”. Drawing shall indicate the type, color and thickness of materials, finish and mounting. Tenant’s sign contractor shall first visit the site to verify existing conditions prior to preparation of submittal. Signage Design: At single-tenant buildings, signs shall be ten inch (10”) high metal letters with black baked-on gloss finish, in Universe 67 font. At multi-tenant buildings, signs shall be 6” high metal letters with black baked-on gloss finish, in Universe 67 font. All letters shall be upper case. Logos in addition to signage must be approved in advance by the Landlord.
