Common use of Temporary Position Clause in Contracts

Temporary Position. (a) A temporary position arises when an Employee is absent or expected to be absent in excess of three (3) months or when the Employer creates a position for a limited time period of at least three (3) months. The temporary position shall be posted as per Article 31. The Employer will outline to the Employee awarded the temporary position the anticipated conditions and duration of the temporary position.

Temporary Position. Temporary Position. (a) A “temporary position” shall mean a vacant position arises when created by an Employee is absent Employee’s absence, paid or unpaid, expected to be absent in excess of three exceed sixty (360) months calendar days or when the Employer creates a position for a limited time period of at least three sixty (360) monthscalendar days. The temporary position shall will be posted as per Article 31. The Employer will outline to the Employee and awarded the temporary position the anticipated conditions in accordance with clauses 16.01, 16.02, 16.03, and duration of the temporary position16.04.
