Temporary Modified Work. (a) An employee within the bargaining unit requiring temporary modified work will provide the Occupational Health Service with medical verification of accommodation requirements, including expected duration.

Temporary Modified Work. The Employer agrees to implement and maintain a program of temporary modified work and vocational rehabilitation for Employees who are unable to carry out their normal duties as a result of illness, injury or accident.
Temporary Modified Work. Is any job, task, function or combination thereof that a worker who suffers a partial disability or diminished capacity, may perform safely without risk or re-injury or exacerbation of the existing injury for a specified period of time not normally exceeding eight (8.) weeks.

  • Temporary Work 17.01 (a) Employees shall perform any temporary work which the Management directs with the understanding that when an employee is assigned to a job with a lesser rate of pay, he shall receive his regular rate of pay.
