Temporary Housing Allowance. The Company agrees that for a period of three (3) months, commencing on February 7, 2000, Company shall pay to Executive one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) per month as a temporary housing allowance.
Temporary Housing Allowance. The Company will provide Employee with a monthly temporary-housing allowance not to exceed $3,000 per month, for the first twelve (12) months of the Employment Period, if necessary depending on Employee’s primary work location. In the event Employee has not secured permanent accommodations by the first annual anniversary of the Employment period, the Company may continue to provide a temporary-housing allowance on trade in such amount and for such duration as the Company determinations in its discretion.
Temporary Housing Allowance. Beginning April 1, 2005, the Company, at its cost, shall provide temporary furnished housing for the Executive on a month-to-month basis for a minimum of three months. Thereafter, the Chief Executive Officer and the Executive shall review the temporary housing allowance and mutually determine, on a month-to-month basis, whether to continue it for a maximum period up to January 31, 2006.
Temporary Housing Allowance. To assist Executive with Executive’s relocation to San Diego, the Company will provide Executive with a temporary housing allowance of $10,000 per month for 12 months, for a maximum of $120,000. The temporary housing allowance will be paid on the first pay period of each month following the Start Date, subject to Executive’s continued service, and is subject to all applicable withholding and payroll taxes. The temporary housing allowance payment will be grossed up to compensate for income taxes, which tax gross-up shall be paid in accordance with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-3(i)(1)(v). In the event that (i) Executive voluntarily terminates her employment with the Company without Good Reason (as defined in the Severance Plan) within thirty-six (36) months after the Start Date, or (ii) the Company terminates Executive’s employment for Cause (as defined in the Severance Plan) within thirty-six (36) months after the Start Date, Executive agrees to repay the full amount of the temporary housing allowance (together with any related tax-gross up payment) within thirty (30) days after termination of Executive’s employment.
Temporary Housing Allowance. Employer agrees to provide Executive with a temporary housing allowance of Fifteen Hundred Dollars and 00/100 ($1,500.00) per month for six (6) months, to be paid at the beginning of each month.
Temporary Housing Allowance. EMPLOYEE shall be provided with a temporary housing allowance for a period of six (6) months from the Effective date in the amount of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00) per month.
Temporary Housing Allowance. To assist you during your housing transition from London, England to the New York metropolitan area, on the first regular payroll payment date of the Company following the Start Date, the Company will pay you an aggregate amount of $60,000, in a lump sum, for your temporary lodging-related expenses during the six (6) month period immediately following your Start Date (e.g., lease, parking, utilities, furniture rental).
Temporary Housing Allowance. In addition to any other compensation provided herein, Employee shall receive from the Employer $3000 on the Effective Date and on the first day of each of the immediately following 11 (eleven) months to defray either the carrying costs of his vacant residence in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or to defray his costs to rent a home in Xxxxxxxxxx County Maryland. Employee understands that the payments provided under this section will be reportable income of Employee and, as such, will be subject to withholding.
Temporary Housing Allowance. In addition to any other compensation provided herein, and immediately upon Employee advising Employer that he is available for full-time employment by Employer following the earlier of October 1, 1997 or the Initial Bridge Loan Closing (as provided in 4(a)(iii) above), Employee shall immediately receive from the Employer $3000 and Employee shall receive an additional $3000 on each of the first days of each of the immediately following 11 (eleven) months to defray either the carrying costs of his vacant residence in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania or to defray his costs to rent a home in Xxxxxxxxxx County Maryland. Employee understands that the payments provided under this section will be reportable income of Employee and, as such, will be subject to withholding. Temporary Housing Allowance. You will be eligible to receive a temporary housing allowance for up to three (3) months after the Start Date, paid in arrears and contingent upon your continued employment for each full month thereafter, in an amount not to exceed $5,000 per month. The after-tax amount of this payment shall be used for your actual rental or lease payments, but if you purchase a new residence in the Salt Lake City, Utah area within this time period, this monthly allowance will terminate.
