Temporary Construction Facilities. Unless otherwise specified, the following temporary construction facilities must be provided and maintained by the Contractor throughout the construction period and removed at the completion of the Work:

Temporary Construction Facilities. Temporary restrooms will be provided at various locations on the site. Also available will be a jobsite trailer for managing the project. Security fencing will be utilized as required to maintain a safe and secure jobsite.

We will clean all of the exterior windows, vacuum all carpeting, damp mop all ceramic and vinyl composition tile flooring, clean all bathroom mirrors, fixtures and toilet partitions. Progress Photos Aerial photos will be taken each month to record the progress of construction. Copies of aerial progress photos of the shell building will be provided to the Tenant. Construction Layout Duke Realty will retain the services of a land surveyor to establish the building control for construction of the building.

Temporary Construction Facilities. During the performance of Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall be responsible for the removal from the Project on a daily basis of all trash, construction debris and surplus construction materials or, at Landlord’s option, the placement on a regular basis of such trash, debris and materials in Landlord designated receptacles. Landlord may, at its option, provide trash receptacles at a central location for Tenant’s use during Tenant’s construction. Landlord shall cause such receptacles to be emptied and trash removed at a cost to Tenant and Tenant shall reimburse Landlord for its costs incurred in connection therewith. During Tenant’s performance of Tenant’s Work, Tenant shall remove on a regular basis, all of its trash and debris and properly deposit same in the centrally located trash receptacles.
