Temporary Assignment. (1) Assignment is the process by which the Employer may temporarily assign an employee to another worksite of the Employer or to another Employer within their cluster, healthcare region, or Community Health Council. Primary consideration will be given to offering the assignment by seniority if that is practical. The assignment will be by mutual agreement wherever possible, considering both the operational requirements of the Employer and the particular circumstances of the employee.
