Temporary Assignment to a Lower Rated Job. When an employee is temporarily assigned to a lower rated job, they will be paid their regular rate for all time worked on that lower rated job except when the assignment results from the employee's request or a change in accordance with seniority. Employees being accommodated due to a work- related injury or illness shall receive their regular rate until it is medically determined that the employee can no longer perform their regular job on a permanent basis or the employee bids to another job. When it is medically determined that the employee can no longer perform their regular job, they will receive the rate of the job they are performing with notice to the Union.
Temporary Assignment to a Lower Rated Job. If an employee is temporarily assigned to a lower paying job for reasons not attributable to the employee, he will retain his current salary during the full period of such temporary job assignment. Temporary job assignments to lower job groups will be for a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days except by mutual consent.

  • RELIEVING IN HIGHER AND LOWER-RATED POSITIONS 23.01 In the event of an employee relieving in a higher-rated job, the employee shall receive the hourly rate of the position they are relieving for any and all hours relieving.

The amount credited to Purchaser shall be limited to stumpage paid above Base Rates. Any Specified Road construction cost credited to Purchaser pursuant to this Subsection may be refunded or transferred at the request of Purchaser. However, if Purchaser has outstanding debt owing the United States, Contracting Officer must apply the amount of credit that could be refunded to the debt owed in accordance with the Debt Collection Improvement Act of 1996, as amended. Upon written notice from Contracting Officer that the basis for the delay or interruption no longer exists, Purchaser shall pay for timber a per unit amount, in addition to Current Contract Rates, that is equal to the amount credited to Purchaser’s Timber Sale Account divided by 80 percent of the estimated remaining volume of the contract, until the full amount credited to Purchaser has been returned.

  • Accrual Rate of Sick Leave With Pay Credits Full-time employees shall accrue eight (8) hours of sick leave with pay credits for each full month worked. Employees who work less than the full month but at least thirty-two (32) hours during the month shall accrue sick leave with pay on a pro rata basis for the month.
