Temporary and Provisional Employees. Temporary and provisional employees on annual salary shall be given sick leave at the rate of one (1) day for each month of service within a given fiscal year. Any unused portions of sick leave granted to such employees shall be cumulative in accordance with Section 8.1 of this Article where the services are continued during successive fiscal years.
