Temporary and Part. Time employees are eligible for bereavement leave as noted in this collective agreement provided they are scheduled to work during the period the leave is observed and the provisions of the collective agreement and the ESA of Ontario are met.

  • Temporary Vacancies (a) Vacancies of a temporary nature, which exceed or are expected to exceed three (3) months, shall be posted as per Article 24.1.
