Telework. A. At the sole discretion of the Employer, employees may be allowed to telework in accordance with the WSDOT Telework Policy. Per Executive Order 16-07, WSF shall consider the beneficial impacts of increasing access to mobile and teleworking options for employees within the bargaining unit. If an employee would like to apply for telework approval, they will complete the WSDOT Telework Participant Agreement and submit it to their supervisor. The supervisor and/or Appointing Authority shall consider the request and respond approving or denying the request within fifteen (15) calendar days.
