Television News Writers. If a News Writer is assigned to perform assignment, rim or copy editor duties, for each hour he/she is so assigned, he/she is to receive, in addition to his/her regular compensation, the sum of Three Dollars ($3.00) per hour. Any Newswriter employed on or before January 31, 2010 and who received the acting editor fee for at least 125 days during the previous calendar year shall continue to receive the sum of Eighteen Dollars and Eight Cents ($18.80) for each vacation day and compensatory day and for each day of paid sick leave to which he/she is otherwise entitled, in addition to his/her regular pay for the day.

  • Television The fringe rate for Pension, Health, Holiday Pay, and Vacation Pay (except as provided in Article 8.03, below) shall be a total of the following percentage points during the following periods:

With respect to Internet Services, the Institution may at its discretion only allow either the standard provided service or the approved alternate service and not both at the same time (Residents will need to complete the Institution’s standard forms issued by their IT department). Cutting of wiring, boring of holes, the use of wireless routers, routers, or switches are not permitted. Any unauthorized services or equipment may be removed by the Manager, at the Resident’s expense, without notice or liability. All Residents are subject to the Institution’s and/or Service Provider’s current Internet, cable television and telephone enrolment and usage policies.

  • Video This restriction includes, but is not limited to, use of the Beat and/or New Song in television, commercials, film/movies, theatrical works, video games, and in any other form on the Internet which is not expressly permitted herein.

  • Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service Any Telecommunications Service that Verizon provides at retail to subscribers that are not Telecommunications Carriers. The term “Verizon Retail Telecommunications Service” does not include any Exchange Access service (as defined in Section 3(16) of the Act, 47 U.S.C. § 153(16)) provided by Verizon.

  • Telecommunications Services The offering of telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.
