TELEVISION AND radio talk shows Target Audiences: WRA, MRA, Youth, SP, PM Period of implementation: Year2-Year5 Potential partners: HWUP staff will work with national and oblast level experts through governmental and non-governmental partners HWUP will seek to arrange for well-known and trusted experts to appear on TV and radio talk shows (e.g. “Sandbox for newly married” – First National TV Channel, “About life” – Inter TV Channel, “Rules of Life” – STB TV Channel etc) to discuss FP/RH topics. As each new oblast is rolled out, the HWUP will work with local NGO partners to identify appropriate television and radio talk shows on oblast TV and radio stations.

TELEVISION AND. RADIO -------------------- FACILITIES: TELEVISION COMPOUND LOCATION: Organizer/Promoter shall provide a level, hard-surfaced area approximately 200 feet x 200 feet for use by CART Productions and network television production mobile units, broadcast equipment, and personnel. ACCESS TO AREA SHOULD BE AVAILABLE AT LEAST 5 DAYS PRIOR TO THE FIRST DAY OF ON TRACK ACTIVITIES. (NOTE: IN SOME CASES OFFICE TRAILERS MAY BE PLACED UP TO 15 DAYS PRIOR TO THE EVENT) THE COMPOUND SHOULD BE A FENCED IN AREA (TEMPORARY FENCING IS ACCEPTABLE), SECURE FROM PUBLIC ACCESS. AN OPENING PREFERABLY WITH A SLIDING GATE APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET WIDE SHOULD BE LOCATED TO PROVIDE SUFFICIENT ACCESS FOR THE PLACEMENT OF PRODUCTION UNITS AND OFFICE TRAILERS WITHIN THE COMPOUND. TELEVISION AND. RADIO -------------------- As provided in Paragraphs 20 and 27 of the Agreement, Organizer/Promoter shall comply with CART's television and radio requirements; CART will review and determine such requirements as soon as possible, which shall be included in this section and elsewhere where appropriate in this Schedule A. FACILITIES: Approximately 200 feet X 150 feet for use by CART Productions, Domestic Network Television, International Network Television, broadband, other approved broadcast organizations and related production mobile units, broadcast equipment and personnel.

Related to TELEVISION AND

  • Programming (a) Pursuant to Section 624 of the Cable Act, the Licensee shall maintain the mix, quality and broad categories of Programming set forth in Exhibit 4, attached hereto and made a part hereof. Pursuant to applicable federal law, all Programming decisions, including the Programming listed in Exhibit 4, attached hereto, shall be at the sole discretion of the Licensee.

  • Vending Machines Seller shall remove all monies from all vending machines, laundry machines, pay telephones and other coin-operated equipment as of the Cut-Off Time and shall retain all monies collected therefrom as of the Cut-Off Time, and Purchaser shall be entitled to any monies collected therefrom after the Cut-Off Time.

  • Telecommunications Each Lender and Administrative Agent shall be entitled to rely on the authority of any individual making any telecopy, electronic or telephonic notice, request, or signature without the necessity of receipt of any verification thereof.

  • Telecommunications Services The offering of telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.

  • Network PHARMACY is a retail, mail order or specialty pharmacy that has a contract to accept our pharmacy allowance for prescription drugs and diabetic equipment or supplies covered under this plan. NETWORK PROVIDER is a provider that has entered into a contract with us or other Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans. For pediatric dental care services, network provider is a dentist that has entered into a contract with us or participates in the Dental Coast to Coast Network. For pediatric vision hardware services, a network provider is a provider that has entered into a contract with EyeMed, our vision care service manager.

  • Lighting A system of fixtures providing or controlling the light sources used on or near the airport or within the airport buildings. The field lighting includes all luminous signals, markers, floodlights, and illuminating devices used on or near the airport or to aid in the operation of aircraft landing at, taking off from, or taxiing on the airport surface.

  • Infrastructure (a) The Borrower has and will maintain a sufficient infrastructure to conduct its business as presently conducted and as contemplated to be conducted following its execution of this Agreement.

  • Media No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.

  • Communications and Computer Lines Tenant may at any time install, maintain, replace, remove or usc any communications fiber optics and/or computer wires and cables (collectively, the “Lines”) at, under or through the Project in or serving the Premises, provided that (i) Tenant shall obtain Landlord’s prior written consent, use an experienced and qualified contractor approved in writing by Landlord, and comply with all of the other provisions of Articles 7 and 8 of this Lease, (ii) an acceptable number of spare Lines and space for additional Lines shall be maintained for existing and future occupants of the Project, as determined in Landlord’s reasonable opinion, (iii) the Lines therefor (including riser cables) shall be appropnately insulated to prevent excessive electromagnetic fields or radiation, and shall be surrounded by a protective conduit(iv) any new or existing Lines servicing the Premises shall comply with all applicable Laws, (v) as a condition to permitting the installation of new Lines, Landlord may require that Tenant remove existing Lines located in or serving the Premises and repair any damage in connection with such removal, and (vi) Tenant shall pay all costs in connection therewith, including any fees charged by Landlord for Tenant’s use of the Building’s telecommunications capacity in excess of Tenant’s pro rats share thereof. Landlord reserves the right to require that Tenant remove any Lines located in or serving the Premises which are installed in violation of these provisions, or which are at any time in violation of any applicable Laws or represent a dangerous or potentially dangerous condition. 29.32
