Telephone Relay Service. Local and intraLATA telephone relay service (TRS) enables deaf, hearing-impaired, or speech-impaired TRS users to reach other telephone users. With respect to resold Services, SPRINT’s Customers will have access to the state authorized TRS Provider to the extent required by the Commission, including any applicable compensation surcharges.

Telephone Relay Service. 16.1 Although AT&T is not the Telephone Relay Service provider in the state of Kentucky, AT&T does provide access for its End Users to reach the relay service via 711 dialing capabilities. Where AT&T provides to speech and hearing-impaired callers a service that enables callers to type a message into a telephone set equipped with a keypad and message screen and to have a live operator read the message to a recipient and to type the message recipient’s response to the speech or hearing-impaired caller (“Telephone Relay Service”), AT&T will make such service available to CLEC at no additional charge, for use by CLEC customers who are speech or hearing-impaired. If AT&T maintains a record of customers who qualify under any applicable law for Telephone Relay Service, AT&T will make such data available to CLEC as it pertains to CLEC Resale service customers.

If BellSouth maintains a record of Customers who qualify under any applicable law for Telephone Relay Service, BellSouth shall make such data available to !nterprise America as it pertains to !nterprise America Customers.
