Telephone Expenses. 1. When an employee is specifically required by the MMA to have a telephone in his or her residence, the MMA shall pay ten dollars ($10.00) of the basic monthly charge. These payments shall be made on a semiannual basis in January and July and shall be prorated for those employees who become eligible or terminate MMA service between the semiannual payments.
