Telephone Consumer Protection Act. (TCPA) – I authorize MSU Denver and its respective agent(s) and contractors to contact me regarding my educational loan or my student account at the current or any future telephone number either provided or acquired for my cellular phone or other wireless device using an automated telephone dialing equipment or artificial or pre-recorded voice or text messages.
Telephone Consumer Protection Act. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act generally requires businesses to obtain express consent before contacting members/customers on their mobile phones. To ensure that you can receive important communication, General Electric Credit Union is requesting your permission to contact you on your phone. By acknowledging the account application, you are granting permission to General Electric Credit Union and any related affiliates or third parties to contact you on the mobile phone number provided in your application and all future mobile phone numbers that you furnish to the Credit Union. You are not required to provide consent as a condition to open an account or receive Credit Union products and/or services. Your consent is applicable for the following reasons: suspected fraud or suspicious activity, data security breaches, suspected identity theft, informational, marketing, communication(s) about existing accounts and loans, notification of late payments, and/or collection efforts. Please note that contact may be made as a direct dial call, using text messages, pre‐recorded or artificial voice messages, and/or the used of an automated telephone dialing machine or auto dialer, as defined by federal regulations. By agreeing, you represent that you are the wireless subscriber or customary user with respect to the wireless number(s) provided to the Credit Union, its affiliates and associated third parties and that you have the authority to provide consent. Please note that depending on your mobile service plan, message and data rates may be assessed by your mobile provider and will be your sole responsibility.
Telephone Consumer Protection Act. By providing your telephone number(s) to OVHcloud, you consent to receive telephone calls by and behalf of OVHcloud and its affiliates, including telephone calls made by or using an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voice, at the number(s) you have provided, for all non-marketing purposes, including but not limited to all purposes described in this Agreement or relating to OVHcloud Services.
Telephone Consumer Protection Act. This is a federal law that protects consumers from receiving cell phone calls and cell phone text messages that they did not request or consent to. In other words, it is against federal law to make marketing offers or to send marketing material by cell phone contact of any kind unless the person being contacted consented to the call or text or requested it.

To the extent provided under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. §227) and regulations thereunder, Resale Service shall not be used for the purpose of solicitation by recorded message when such solicitation occurs as a result of unrequested calls initiated by the solicitor by means of automatic dialing devices. Such devices, with storage capability of numbers to be called or a random or sequential number generator that produces numbers to be called and having the capability, working alone or in conjunction with other equipment, of disseminating a prerecorded message to the number called and which are calling party or called party controlled, are expressly prohibited.
Telephone Consumer Protection Act. I consent to receive phone calls, emails and/or text messages at any of the phone numbers or email addresses listed on my account for such events as appointment reminders, reschedules, inclement weather closings and to resolve billing issues. I understand I may incur charges from my cell provider and that such calls may be generated by an automated dialing system.
Telephone Consumer Protection Act. You agree that we may from time to time make calls and/or send text messages to you at any telephone number(s) you provide to us, including mobile telephone numbers that could result in data usage and charges to you. This is so that we can service and keep you informed about your account(s), collect any amounts you owe us, provide access codes, and/or provide fraud, security breach, or identity theft alerts. You also agree that you may be contacted by our service providers making such calls/texts on our behalf. The manner in which these calls or text messages may be made to you include, but are not limited to, the use of prerecorded/artificial voice messages and automatic telephone dialing systems. You are not required to provide consent as a condition to receiving our Services. You may revoke your consent or change the telephone number provided at any time by contacting us.
Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Litigation settlement. You must sign the letter and include the following statement: “I request to be excluded from the settlement in the Monitronics International action.” You must also include your full name, address, telephone number where you may be contacted, the telephone numbers you maintain were called, and your signature. Your exclusion request must be postmarked no later than Month XX, XXXX, and must be mailed to: Monitronics Settlement Administrator P.O. Box XXXX City, State Zip Code You cannot exclude yourself on the phone or by fax or email. If you ask to be excluded, you will not get any payment, and you cannot object to the settlement. You will not be legally bound by anything that happens in this lawsuit.

(TCPA) and Missouri Fair Debt Collection Act – I authorize HLGU and its respective agent(s) and contractors, including collection agencies, to contact me regarding my student account at the current or any future telephone number provided by me for my landline, cellular phone or other wireless device for the purpose of receiving notifications pursuant to this Agreement using automated telephone dialing equipment or artificial or pre-recorded voice or text message and in compliance with the requirements of the MO Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. Furthermore, I understand that I may withdraw my consent by submitting my request in writing to the Office of Student Accounts or in writing to the applicable contractor or agent contacting me on behalf of HLGU.
Telephone Consumer Protection Act. As a component of my care, I understand and agree that Comprehensive OBGYN Care, it’s providers or agents, including debt collectors, may contact me using automated calls, emails and text messaging sent to my landline and mobile device. These communications may notify me of upcoming appointments, test results, outstanding balances, or any other communication from the medical group.
