Pets are not allowed on the furniture and that they are free of mud, dirt, sand and burrs before entering any unit. Pets should be free of ticks and fleas. If the rented unit needs to be treated for either of these pests, you will be charged the treatment fee. You are responsible to pick up each time, and properly dispose of all pet waste. You are responsible for your pet at all times. You are not allowed to use any unit as a “pet daycare facility.” If you use any unit as a daycare facility, you will be charge a $350 deep cleaning fee. If your pet causes any damage to the property, inside or out, you will be charged for the repair. In addition, if your pet is aggressive and attacks other pets or people on Cliffrose Flats property, you will be liable. If your pet is determined to be a nuisance, for any reason, you will be required to place the pet in a kennel for the duration of your stay, or, you will be required to be with the pet 24/7, or, you will be asked to leave the property, forfeiting any and all rental charges for the reservation. Smoking/Bicycles Cliffrose Flats is a NON-­‐SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the immediate premises. There will be a $500 fee charged for smoking in any Cliffrose Flat unit. Calls within the internal telephone network can be traced and any abuse of the system may result in disciplinary action. Any students receiving abusive telephone calls should report the incident to the Halls Manager. Access to the University network and the Internet via ResNet is governed by the University’s Information Technology Regulations, ResNet Regulations and Email Policy, which exist to protect the best interests of all users. Disciplinary action may be taken in the event of any misuse of the network. This may include access to, or downloading from, inappropriate Websites, sending of abusive emails and operating unauthorised servers. Any student affected by misuse of the facility by others should report the incident to the Halls Manager.

Telephone and Internet. The camp has cell phone coverage for all major cell carriers. Wifi is also available in the main camp buildings with the code listed on the router in Kootenay Hall. Please note, we try to ensure that the Wifi is readily available and has a strong connection however it cannot be guaranteed. Pets/Wildlife: Dogs are allowed on the property however they must be kept under control on a leash and cleaned up after. Please ensure that they are not making unnecessary noise. The property is frequently visited by wildlife throughout the year. Please ensure you help to limit the visitation of wildlife by keeping all garbage to a minimum and cleaning up after yourselves.
