If this Agreement ends for any reason,any or all telephone numbers and internet addresses, and other communicationaddresses associated with Owner's Team shall be deemed assigned to WPHLI or itsdesignee, the assignment to be effective if and when WPHLI elects to accept theassignments. WPHLI's assumption of future payment obligations will be the solepayment therefore. WPHLI may elect to not acquire any, some, or alltelephone numbers, and in such event, Owner shall either discontinue suchnumbers or solely pay for an operator interruption service for one year toinform callers of Owner's disassociation with WPHLI and of how to contact WPHLIor other System teams for further information. The telephone company is anintended beneficiary of these provisions. Owner expressly agrees that upontermination, WPHLI may immediately take sole possession of Owner's offices andfacilities, change any locks and exclude Owner from same, subject to WPHLIthereafter timely electing in writing to acquire or not acquire any or all ofOwner's personal or real property.

Cliffrose Flats will do all it can to provide internet access, however, due to possible unforeseen conditions we cannot guarantee internet access. No refunds will be issued due to internet connectivity problems. Items provided Flats are equipped with basic necessities that include the following: • Linens for all beds • Bath towels, hand towels, face cloths, and kitchen towels • Paper products including facial tissue, toilet tissue and paper towels • Complimentary personal products including shampoo and soap • Full kitchen flats have basic kitchen appliances; efficiency has a microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee maker. All flats have appropriate utensils. • Full Kitchens include basic condiments All you will need to bring are your personal items and food supplies Pets Pets are allowed in all flats with prior oral or written approval. All pets will be charged a pet fee. If you bring a pet into any unit without advising management beforehand, you will be charged a $350 deep cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and that they are free of mud, dirt, sand and burrs before entering any unit. Pets should be free of ticks and fleas. If the rented unit needs to be treated for either of these pests, you will be charged the treatment fee. You are responsible to pick up each time, and properly dispose of all pet waste. You are responsible for your pet at all times. You are not allowed to use any unit as a “pet daycare facility.” If you use any unit as a daycare facility, you will be charge a $350 deep cleaning fee. If your pet causes any damage to the property, inside or out, you will be charged for the repair. In addition, if your pet is aggressive and attacks other pets or people on Cliffrose Flats property, you will be liable. If your pet is determined to be a nuisance, for any reason, you will be required to place the pet in a kennel for the duration of your stay, or, you will be required to be with the pet 24/7, or, you will be asked to leave the property, forfeiting any and all rental charges for the reservation. Smoking/Bicycles Cliffrose Flats is a NON-‐SMOKING property. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the immediate premises. There will be a $500 fee charged for smoking in any Cliffrose Flat unit. Telephone and Internet. Use of the internal telephone network is governed by the Telecommunications Xxx 0000. Calls within the internal telephone network can be traced and any abuse of the system may result in disciplinary action. Any students receiving abusive telephone calls should report the incident to the Halls Manager. Access to the University network and the Internet via ResNet is governed by the University’s Information Technology Regulations, ResNet Regulations and Email Policy, which exist to protect the best interests of all users. Disciplinary action may be taken in the event of any misuse of the network. This may include access to, or downloading from, inappropriate Websites, sending of abusive emails and operating unauthorised servers. Any student affected by misuse of the facility by others should report the incident to the Halls Manager.
Telephone and Internet. The camp has cell phone coverage for all major cell carriers. Wifi is also available in the main camp buildings with the code listed on the router in Kootenay Hall. Please note, we try to ensure that the Wifi is readily available and has a strong connection however it cannot be guaranteed. Pets/Wildlife: Dogs are allowed on the property however they must be kept under control on a leash and cleaned up after. Please ensure that they are not making unnecessary noise. The property is frequently visited by wildlife throughout the year. Please ensure you help to limit the visitation of wildlife by keeping all garbage to a minimum and cleaning up after yourselves.

The tenant will be charged separately for outgoing calls and for internet use during his occupancy. Tenants agree to inquire about the exact charges for telephone calls and internet use at the local telephone company. Tenants have to bring their own computer or laptop to use the internet. LAN wires to connect with the internet are available in the apartment. The tenant is liable for all outgoing phone calls and internet use while occupying the apartment.
Telephone and Internet. Most students will have mobile phones and can be expected to use this as their prime means of telecommunication. However, land-line incoming calls should be permitted, provided that they are not excessive and do not cause undue disruption to your home life. Outgoing calls can be made, at your discretion, provided that they are not excessive, and students should expect to reimburse the expenses. Long distance (reverse charge) calls may be made but again only at your discretion, unless in an emergency. The college provides free internet facilities for during the hours it is open. However many students need to use the internet while in the homestay. We expect you to provide this service free of charge – it will mean that we are more likely to place students with you.
