Telephone accounts. In the conduct of the Business the Private Party shall procure the maintenance of sufficient telephone services within the Nkuhlu Picnic Site Facility. The Private Party shall be responsible for the payment of all telephone accounts at the Nkuhlu Picnic Site Facility.

The Private Party shall be responsible for the payment of all telephone accounts at the Ratelrivier Estate.

The Private Party shall be solely responsible for the payment of all accounts related to telecommunication for the Scooter Tours operation.
