The Contractor must also make a toll-free number available, at a minimum during the business hours of 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. on regular business days. This number also will be used to confirm eligibility for benefits, for approval for non-emergency services and for Enrollees to call to request Site, Primary Care Provider, or Women's Health Care Provider changes, to make complaints or grievances, to request disenrollment and to ask questions.
