Telecommunications Services Provided by Municipalities Sample Clauses

Telecommunications Services Provided by Municipalities. To the extent that EPB Telecommunications is a municipality pursuant to Tennessee Law, the parties agree that the operations of EPB Telecommunications shall be governed by Tennessee Code Annotated §§ 7-52-401 et seq. and any rules or regulations or conditions regarding cross subsidization or the telecommunications operations of a Tennessee municipality imposed by or promulgated by the Tennessee Regulatory Authority. This Agreement may include attachments with provisions for the following services: Network Elements and Other Services Local Interconnection Resale Collocation The following services are included as options for purchase by EPB Telecommunications. EPB Telecommunications may elect to purchase said services by written request to its Account Manager if applicable. Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) Enhanced Optional Daily Usage File (EODUF) Access Daily Usage File (ADUF) Line Information Database (LIDB) Storage Centralized Message Distribution Service (CMDS) Calling Name (CNAM) LNP Data Base Query Service
