Telecommunications Facilities. Franchisee’s existing Telecommunications Services and Information Services facilities and its FTTP Network facilities.
Telecommunications Facilities. The Licensee’s existing Telecommunica- tions Services and Information Services facilities, including the FTTP Network.
Telecommunications Facilities. 9.1 The Company will either (at its election) provide the Director with free home telecommunication services, or will discontinue these arrangements and instead make a one-off cash payment to the Director in lieu of the benefit.

Unless otherwise specified in an Exhibit, the work may, at CIC’s option, be performed on CIC’s or Customer's premises, via telephone, E-mail, fax, Internet web connection, or other forms of communication and through modem / Internet communications between Customer's system and CIC’s customer support facility. As requested by CIC, Customer agrees, at its expense, to establish and maintain CIC- approved modem and / or Internet communications between Customer's system and CIC’s customer support facility to enable CIC to perform work remotely. CIC shall have the right to assess additional charges for failure to provide and maintain such communications. If any portion of the work will be performed on Customer's premises, Customer agrees to provide, at Customer's expense, all equipment, software, telecommunications, utilities, work space and other on-site accommodations necessary to enable CIC to perform such work.
Telecommunications Facilities. The Parties acknowledge that temporary and permanent Telecommunication Facilities are a necessary component to effective communication and will be necessary on the Property. The Parties agree that determining the appropriate location(s), number, and general appearance of Telecommunication Facilities as part of this Agreement will permit both the Master Developer and the City to appropriately plan the Community and will help minimize any potential conflicts or disputes that might arise in regard to permits for such facilities in the future. Therefore, the Parties agree that Telecommunication Facilities on the Property shall be subject to the following conditions:
Telecommunications Facilities. Customer shall provide a dedicated telephone line or other Rocky Mountain Power approved dedicated data access for meter interrogation. Customer shall provide the dedicated access without charge to Rocky Mountain Power.

Telecommunications Facilities. Party B shall provide itself with the telecommunications facilities for external contacts of Construction, and shall maintain and manage the telecommunications systems within the Site and bear the costs thereof.
Telecommunications Facilities. Tenant acknowledges that space on the Building rooftop and in Building risers, equipment rooms and equipment closets is limited. Tenant shall have the right to select its own provider of telecommunications services ("Telecommunications Services") to the Premises and to install such telecommunications equipment and facilities ("Telecommunications Facilities") as are reasonably necessary to serve Tenant's needs, subject to the terms and limitations of this Section 39 and Section 51, below. If Tenant requires Telecommunication Services for the Premises other than from the provider or providers of Telecommunication Services selected by Landlord and whose Telecommunication Facilities are installed in or about the Building or on the rooftop of the Building, then provision for such alternate or supplemental Telecommunication Services or Telecommunication Facilities shall be made in a license agreement reasonably acceptable to Landlord, as provided below. Unless otherwise required by law, and subject to the rights and provisions established under Section 51 of this Lease, neither Tenant, nor a provider of Telecommunication Services to Tenant, in the future shall be entitled to locate or install Telecommunication Facilities in, on or about the Building without (a) first obtaining Landlord's advance, written consent (given in its reasonable discretion), and (b) the advance execution by Landlord and Tenant of a satisfactory agreement granting a license to Tenant for such purposes and setting forth the scope, the additional rent, if any, royalties and the other terms and conditions of that 63
