Technological Improvements. (A) The Company shall generally introduce and install, as soon as practicable, technological advances in its equipment and Utility Service within the Town when such advances are technically and economically feasible, and are safe and beneficial to the Town and its Residents.

Technological Improvements. ‌ As part of the Services, Supplier shall routinely and regularly, but at least once every six (6) months during the Term, identify and provide business, technology, and operations insights in writing as to the implementation of technology and business process improvements that are likely to: (A) improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Services (including increases in cost savings); (B) improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes, services, and functions performed by or for County; (C) promote cost savings or revenue increases to County in areas of its business outside the Services; (D) enhance the ability of County to conduct its business and serve its customers; and, (E) achieve the Business Objectives faster and/or more efficiently than the then current strategies. The written insights must be sufficiently detailed to enable the County CIO or his or her designee to effectively evaluate the benefits and other impacts on the Services of the Supplier technology and business process improvement insights and to make a determination as to whether such improvements are in the best interest of the County. The Supplier technology and business process improvement insights are to be based on the introduction by Supplier of: (A) new technology, features, and/or functions; (B) new processes or best practices; or (C) new workflows, each of (A), (B), and (C) which can be achieved at no new or additional Charge to County.
Technological Improvements. The Parties acknowledge that the Services will evolve and be supplemented, modified, enhanced and/or replaced in the normal course of business during the Term, both to keep pace with and utilize technological advancements and improvements in the method of delivering IT-related services, and to keep pace with changes and additions to the services and products offered by the Commonwealth. Vendor also acknowledges that the IT environment is critical to the Commonwealth’s business success, that the Commonwealth’s needs and requirements with regard to the IT environment shall evolve and change over time, and that the need for new or modified functionality will arise from time to time. Therefore, from time to time during the Term, but not less frequently than once each Contract Year, Vendor shall meet and confer with VITA and suggest any reasonable and appropriate changes needed or that might be considered to keep pace with and take advantage of the latest and most useful technological advancements and improvements in Vendor’s performance of the Services and the use, operation, support and maintenance of the Systems, and any changes to the Fees that would be associated with the development, implementation, and use of such advancements and improvements. VITA may consider such suggestions, along with other factors affecting or related to the Commonwealth’s need for IT services. Any such suggestions that VITA approves and requests Vendor to develop and implement following such discussions shall be promptly developed, delivered and implemented by Vendor, subject to reasonable and thorough acceptance testing procedures.
Technological Improvements. Project Co shall monitor and keep up to-date on all technological developments and improvements which may have a beneficial effect on public communication and engagement or improve Project Co’s ability to give effect to the provisions of this Schedule 12 [Public Communications and Public Engagement]. If there is any technological development or improvement which, taking into account the financial viability of implementing any such development or improvement as determined by Project Co, can improve Project Co’s ability to provide communication and public engagement under this Schedule 12 [Public Communications and Public Engagement] and/or improve Project Co’s ability to give effect to the provisions hereof, Project Co shall submit the proposed development or improvement under Schedule 2 [Submittal Review Procedure]. The City may periodically, at its discretion, request that Project Co investigate and/or incorporate certain technological improvements that the City has determined will have a beneficial effect on communication and public engagement activities pursuant to Schedule 13 [Changes].

Technological Improvements. In the event that there is a technological improvement that provides opportunities for additional savings, the Party identifying such improvement will request that ISSC perform a preliminary savings analysis. The Parties will then jointly review the results of this preliminary analysis and discuss the impact on each Party's performance hereunder, including any new hardware and/or software, other capital, one-time charges, or changes to other resources that may be required to take advantage of such technological improvements. If the Parties agree to implement changes in the Services rendered by ISSC hereunder to take advantage of some or all of such technological improvements, then the Parties will Jointly prepare a technology implementation plan that defines such changes and the timing and cost of their implementation, and such changes will be treated as Replacement Services, subject to Sections 6.5.a and 6.5.b. All activities spent by ISSC in performing the foregoing shall be chargeable against the Enhancement Baseline specified in the Supplement. Comdata will pay for any implementation costs related to Comdata's responsibilities as specified in the technology implementation plan. Comdata may choose to independently implement such changes referenced above.
Technological Improvements. Licensor will develop and make available to Licensee through Updates, if and when such Updates are made generally available to Licensor’s customers who receive support and maintenance services, all modifications and revisions required to enable the Software to operate in compliance with any applicable law, and in conjunction with any new releases of the computer equipment, operating systems or middleware used by Licensee, provided that the Software formerly operated on the third party equipment, systems or middleware being replaced.
Technological Improvements. United Power may install future improvements and technological advances to its equipment and service within the Town, at United Power’s discretion (but upon reasonable notice to the Town), when such improvements and advances are technologically and economically feasible, and safe and beneficial to the Town and in accordance with all Town ordinances and regulations. At a minimum, United Power shall install future improvements and technological advances to its equipment and service within the Town that are equivalent to the improvements United Power installs in similarly sized and situated municipalities. Upon reasonable notice from the Town, United Power shall meet with the Town representatives to discuss planned growth and anticipated activities related to long term availability of electric service in the Town.
